EcoBotanic Designs offers a scalable design process, which enables you to incrementally evaluate our products and performance in meeting your expectations.


During the initial consultation, EcoBotanic Designs will tour the site with you discussing your ideas and insights. From this understanding - coupled with our experience - we develop a Design Proposal that outlines the specifications, scope and pricing of the project. For ongoing as-needed consultation needs, services can also be rendered on an hourly basis*.


Phase I: Site Analysis.  EcoBotanic Designs will assess your site’s characteristics so that a detailed Site Analysis can be prepared, indicating where vegetation will be retained, removed or relocated as well as drainage, noise, privacy, access or other considerations specific to your site and needs.

Phase II: Preliminary Design.  A conceptual sketch of the botanical design is rendered. EcoBotanic Designs will meet with you to review the design, plant selection, photographs of proposed materials and sketch any revisions to the plan.

Phase III: Final Design.  The Final Design will incorporate your ratification of the placement and details of plant materials indicating botanical name, common name, quantity, and size of plant material. These specifications 


Over the years, EcoBotanic Designs has developed an extensive network of resources from which to draw upon to give you an unparalleled palette of plants. Buying on behalf of botanical gardens, zoos and other professional institutions, we have found the sources that are the most reliable with the best products. EcoBotanic Designs can personally select your plant materials, arrange for delivery and place the plants on-site.


We can also arrange for as well as supervise placement and installation on your site according to the Final Design. Our experience will expedite installation with minimal disruption to your space, as well as minimal shock to plant materials.


Specializing in Integrated Pest Management and environmentally friendly plant care strategies, we can assist you with developing a personalized maintenance program that matches your site’s particular requirements including optimal care recommendations with minimal fertilizer, pesticide and irrigation use.

* Please note that 50% deposit is required upon commencement of work for either hourly or project work.
